When does my membership start?

Your membership start date will be included in your Welcome letter or Welcome email.

When will I receive my pack / membership information?

If you have an email address, we will send your log in details by email as soon as you sign up for membership. If you do not have an email address your membership information will be sent by post and should arrive within 5 days.

How do I claim the cashbacks?

Online:
Instructions are here or in your pack. Simply scan / take a photo of your proof of purchase and upload it to the form on the website, complete your details and send it to us.

By post:
Instructions are here or in your pack. Simply send us proof of purchase (or a copy) to the address in your brochure.

If you are claiming a cashback on a Chums product or shipping, we will send you a cheque for the cashback amount after 30 days to allow for returns.

For any other cashbacks you can expect to receive your cashback cheque within 4-6 weeks.

In order to receive your cash back cheque you must be a current member of Chums Advantage Club on the date of redemption.

I am not sure how much I would save

As a member of Chums Advantage Club you will enjoy exclusive savings only available to Club members including up to £120 cashback on Chums products and delivery during the year, for example £20 cashback on a Chums order, big cashbacks on clothing and cashback on delivery!

What happens if I change my mind?

Make sure you have a good look at the Club and if you decide that it’s not for you then you can cancel in the first 30 days to receive a full refund. After that, you will receive a refund of every full month left in your Membership year.

I’ve received my renewal letter / email – what do I do?

You don’t need to do anything if you want your membership to renew to enjoy another 12 months of great offers and cashbacks from Chums Advantage Club. If you don’t want to renew, simply follow the instructions on your email or letter to cancel.

Will you let me know when it’s due to renew?

Yes. We will write to you or email you a month before your renewal is due.

Affinity Marketing Direct is a marketing company that administers the Chums Advantage Club on behalf of Chums.

How soon will I receive my cashback?

If you are claiming a cashback on a Chums product or shipping, we will send you a cheque for the cashback amount after 30 days to allow for returns. For any other cashbacks you can expect to receive your cashback cheque within 4-6 weeks.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hope the you are happy with your Chums Advantage Club membership, but if you do want to cancel you can use the cancellation form contact us or by email at service@chumsclub.co.uk.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel the Club?

If you cancel within 30 days from your membership start date you will receive a full refund.

Can I use my cashback if I have cancelled?

Your Club membership must be active to claim your cashback offers.

What are the offers for month 7 to 12?

As the offers are tailored for Chums Advantage Club members, we want to make sure that we bring you the most relevant offers every month. The offers for month 7 will be available online as soon as they are ready.

How do I make a complaint?

We hope that you won’t have reason to complain, but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the product or the service from the Chums Advantage Club you can use the contact us form.

Can you help me with a query on my Chums order?

All enquiries about your orders from Chums should go to Chums enquiry line on 03333 554455, Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm or you can use their enquiry form online at www.chums.co.uk.

How do I join the Club?

If you are a Chums customer, you can call Chums and ask to become a member of the Chums Advantage Club.

In the unlikely event that you are not able to obtain one of our listed savings, please send your receipt with your membership number and postcode to:
